These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products and services provided by Semabytes Corp (“Semabytes”, “we”, “us”). By using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services — including no unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, no attempts to breach security, and no interference with other customers' use.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the data and content you put into our products. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
4. Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are described at sign-up. Fees are billed in advance for the interval you choose and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Availability & changes
We work to keep the services available and improving, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for unavailability outside our reasonable control.
6. Intellectual property
The services, software, and branding are owned by Semabytes and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our IP except the limited right to use the services.
7. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Semabytes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as set out in your plan agreement.
9. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.
10. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your plan agreement. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
